Contacts on safe senders list going to Junk mail

I have contacts in my address book going to junk mail. I have the address
book checked as a safe sender list. I don't show any more junk rules that
could be overriding this. I did notice that most of them are part of a
distribution group. Shouldn't Outlook see those address also????

I can't get Outlook 2007 to stop sending email to my junk folder either.
Addresses are on safelist, junk set to low or off, nothing works. As a
result, I have to look at both inbox and junk to make sure I don't miss
things, and rules don't apply to sort mail into folders.
