Contacts not showing up in MS Fax

When I try to fax from Word using Print->Fax, the fax
wizard only comes up with 3 contacts from a contact list
of about 60 in Outlook. In Outlook I cannot determine
anything different from those 3 contacts from the
others. When I click on "Open Shared Contacts" in the
Contacts Navigation Pane, the same 3 Contacts show up. I
am not using an Exchange Server, so sharing is not
available. I have another contact list and there is no
problem with it.

FYI I imported these contacts from a comma delimited txt
file created in Word.

I see Word, Outlook and Fax, but I don't see any questions on Excel
Programming (the subject for this group). Did you mean to post this in one
of the Word or Outlook groups?
