If i try to move the scroll bar on the the contacts list
or if I select a contact from the list, Outlook Closes -
no message - no warning - just closes. What's going
on?? Win2k Outlook 2000 SP3

Common problem. No one has found the cause or a solution. Things to try:
1. Look for a corrupt Address in your Contact Record.
2. Remove/Re-add the Outlook Address Book Service
3. Update your video drivers.

Thanx - I updated the video driver- I then remaoved and re-
added to Services "Outlook address book." No change. How
can I bird dog a corrupted address? I can't see them all
because they're not accessible. It (of course shuts) down
when I try to go thru them)

No easy way to do it.
The users who report that it works are those who claim that the address book
crashes at the same location every time. If that happens, it will narrow
down where to start examining Contact Records for corrupt addresses. I
haven't seen many users be able to reproduce this behavior.
