Contacts List in E-mail OL 2003

I have recently reinstalled Outlook 2003 on a new computer. I have
imported the .pst file from the old computer and contacts show up in
the list in "contacts" on the main page. However, I can't figure out
how to get this same list recognized as my contact list for sending
e-mail using OL 2003.

Help!?
