Contacts Issue

Our company users Windows 2003 SBS with exchange and clients use XP pro with
Outlook 2003. I have a public folder set up so all users can add / delete /
modify contact information in the public folder "company Contacts". We are a
telecoms company and have an application installed that screen pops a
database based on incoming numbers / email addresses. It can only do this if
the contacts are in your personal contact list. I have copied the public
address folder to the personal contacts folder but is there any way of
automatically updating / synching this folder everytime information is
changed in the shared adrees book under public folders.

Any help is much appreciated
