Contacts importing from ACT - Help refers to ACT but isnt in my v.

HELP states:
1 File > 2 Import Export >3 Select ACT!4.0 or,5.0 database >4 Busns Data
Import/Export Wizard.
Is the 'Business Contact Manager' another application I need? ... as Outlook
doesnt have these steps in Import / Export.

After BCM is installed the menu item File|Import and Export is replaced
by a new one that gives you of choice of using the default Outlook
wizard or the BCM wizard.

If you don't see both choices BCM is not installed.
