How to import Act 2005 contacts into Outlook2003 w/Business Conta

Well I'm stuck, has anyone figured out how to import Act 2005 contacts into
Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. When I attempt it using the
import/export routine it tells me Act is not installed.

BCM v1 imported from ACT! 2000
BCM v2 imported from ACT! 2000 and 2003
BCM v3 will presumably add support for ACT! 2005

Also, ACT! must be installed for BCM to call the ACT! API--i.e. just having
the files is not sufficient.
