I have outlook 2003 connected to a exchange 2003 server. i
have all my contacts in outlook but when i go to send an
email and i go to the TO: button it does not show any of
my contacts email addresses. how do i get this to show up?
THanks again.

First locate your Contact on the Folder list (left hand pane) and right
click on it and select Properties. On the Properties dialogue box select
"Outlook Address Book" tab. Check off "Show this folder as an e-mail Address
Book". You could also give distinctive name such as "My Address Book" on the
"Name of the address book" field.

Now on the TO button in your email, the list of contacts will show. Select
your contact from the dropdown, and bingo, you have all the contacts!
