contacts and recipients

In Windows mail, why doesn't my "Recipients list" not look like my "Contacts
list"? I have three groups in my Contacts list that are not in my Recipients
list, also most of my names in my recipients list are listed twice and I
don't know how to delete or edit them. Help!!

In Windows Mail, at the top of the mail window to the left is a button named
Recipients. I can click on this and a list of my email addresses appear and I
click on the one or ones that I want to send mail. It works great, however
it is different than my "contacts" list. I thought they were suppose to be
the same list. I don't know how to edit the list.

I should add that the Recipients list only show when I "forward" or "create
new mail".

Once you have " Recipient " button added on the Tool Bar of your Compose
Window, it will be visible in ALL 4 options : Create Mail, Reply, Reply All
and Forward.
I see no difference in contact list between Recipient and my Contact list.
As to editing, which list you want to edit ?

Although you can customize the toolbar to add a "Recipients" button,
by default it is not there. It is redundant anyway since you get the same
list by clicking on To.
