Contact List Order

When I click on my Contacts, they are listed in order by first name (such as
John Doe will be under the "J's.")

However, when I start a new email and click on the "TO" to bring up my
contact list, they come up in order by last name with a comma and then the
first name.


How can I get it to come up the way it is when I just click on my contacts?
