'Contact' doesn't appear in Outlook 2007 Journal entry form

In Outlook 2003 there was a field for 'contact' at the bottom of the form. I
used this all the time to make notes of telephone conversations and link them
to the contact.
It looks like Outlook 2007 no longer has this field. Is there some way I
can get it back? (or do I have to do something like create a custom form)

Check the "Show Contact Activity" box here: Tools menu > Options > Contacts
