Constantly reloading web page

When I access the internet through Internet Explorer, A
page titled "Search the Web Microsoft Internet Explorer
provided by MSN" pops up. It never stops loading and will
replicate itself over and over until I use Task Manager to
end task whhich kicks me off the internet. This doesn't
happen if I log in through AOL. How can I make it stop???
