constant rebooting after installing ddr ram chip

Hey all!
Here's the probelm after installing 256k of ddr ram on my
computer it randomly turn the screen blue and then
reboots. Is there anything that can be done to fix it or
is it just bad ram???

The timings may be too agressive. Try manual instead of auto, in BIOS.

try updating your bios there might be support for ram in a
newer bios version otherwise as you say it could be bad ram
