Constant Caps Lock

I am using a program and windows keeps making the shift key stick on. i
have tried turning off stickey keys, but it doesn't help. as soon as i
press the shift key to capitalize a letter, it sticks on; even for
numbers. how do i turn this off. it only affects one program and has
been since the stickey keys warning poped up while i was holding the
shift key...

Copy the text below my name and paste it into Notepad, save as
nosticky.reg, close Notepad, find the nosticky.reg file you just made
and double click on it, answer Yes and Ok. StickyKeys be gone.
