Consolidate Windows Passport accounts

Some some stupid reasons I have three separate Windows Passport accounts.
Can someone tell me if and how they can be consolidated?

Choose one and stick with it. Abandon the others.

Not sure, but this surely won't be a WinXP issue. I suggest you see if you
can contact the Windows Live/Passport people (look for contact links on
their website) for more help.
