What has to be done to get a console to show up when sending a midi in an
e-mail being sent from OE6?

If I use an embed, both the embed text and a playable console are sent with
the mail.

If I use Insert --File attachment and select the midi, when it is received
it is an attachment that has to be opened and then plays in Windows Media
Player.

How can I get a midi that is in my midi file to present itself as a playable
console in the mail being sent?

This is simple to do in Netscape but now I'm trying to learn how to do
things in OE.

Ann, I take it you want the music to play when the email is opened? There
is a way to do this nicely but with some limitations. I don't know the
details but the folks in the OE stationery newsgroups can fill those in for
you.
