connects to internet when opening my photos

Hi

For the past several months our computer has been
connecting to the internet on its own when we open 'My
Photos' and 'My Documents'. I cannot figure out how to
fix this and I don't know how it started.

Does anyone know how to change this option?

Try running a anti spyware program and see what it finds.

Ad-Aware is free for personal use and is my favorite. There are other good
ones as well.
Some of what it finds can be uninstalled thru add/remove programs and is the
preferred way.
