Connection

Hello,
Im trying to coonect to the iternet but I don't get a LAN Connection in my network places........
there is connection at the modem and at on the ethernet card the lights are on.......
I hope I gave enough explanation for someone to understand....
If someone could please help.

No, you didn't provide enough information. Start with how you want to
connect to the Internet - 1) ethernet to cable or dsl modem; 2) usb to
cable or dsl modem; 3) internal modem to telephone jack in wall for
dial-up; 4) what ISP. Start there.
