Connection Wizard

I am connected to the web via a 56K Modem. My XP machine
Home Edition is bundled with a network card. However,
there is no cable connected to that LAN card (As I only
have one machine and there is no boardband connection /
ICS).

I have run the connection wizard in the XP home machine
and I choose "Connect using a broadband connection that
is always on". I just wonder whether there is anything
has been changed after running that wizard. I have
already disabled the "LAN or High-speed Internet"
connection. Should I just leave it and not to worry ?

Thank you for your help.

What are you worried about in particular? I see no problems here as long as
you are connecting fine.

How come you chose the broadband option if you don't have broadband.

Dear Ken,

Thank you for your advice.

I just choose Broadband Option out of curiosity.
