connection issues

My girlfriend uses Walmart Connect as her ISP. It comes
with a homegrown browser that doesn't seem to support
Java, ASP, and a number of other things. The main problem
is that IE doesn't seem to recognize that there is a live
connection. When you try to use IE to browse, it can't
find any websites. I have tried a handful of things, but
have run out of ideas. Any suggestions are welcome.

in ie,tools ,internet options,connections, and put your
wally world connection in there so that ie sees it.
