Can anyone give me some suggestions for My settings and internet properties
for Windows mail and Net Zero?

I've managed to connect everything properly but don't know how to sincronize
evrything on my computer.

What does Net Zero say?
If they don't have instructions for Windows Mail try the ones for Outlook
Express, the procedure is identical.
