connecting

I am unable to connect to MS outlook. It is not accepting
my user name and password. It appears as if my membership
has been terminated. How do I fix this? Is there a phone
number to call someone?

My Internet explorer is working and I am able to access Ms
hot mail - so I know the internet connection is working
properly.

It's not "Outlook" that you can't "connect to" it's your ISP's mail server.
have you tried contacting them?
 
These are my server connections. how do I contact them?

pop3.email.msn.com (incoming) smtp.email.msn.com (outgoing)
