Check the help menu in Panther. Search for "share Windows" and check around that
If you don't feel like looking, in a nutshell, you have to access System Preferences in Panther, go to Sharing, and enable Window sharing. Remember the IP share address on the bottom. Now go to Network Places on XP. If the Mac isn't already there, then open up Explorer and type in the IP address . You'll be asked for a user name / password. It's the same one you use to log on to the Mac (assuming you set up a user name / password -- you should). You now have access to your Mac's hard-drive. You can drag and drop like normal.
