Connecting to the internet directly from email

When I am checking my email and there is a link to get
onto the internet.The internet explorer window comes up
but there is never any address in the address bar. There
are also less standard buttons than my normal internet
explorer window. I am using Incredimail for my email.
 
Close all open IE windows and click Start, Run and enter REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL

If that didn't correct your problem, go to Control Panel, Internet Options,
Programs, Reset Web Settings.

A reboot may be required.
