I have 2 puters, running Xp on both. On a wired network, that was working. My son got 2 virus's that changed startpage and added bookmarks to fav's. I can't get them deleted. I have tried Ispfix. that didn't work. I have tried to re-do network, can see each other and file share. But no internet connection. I am on satellite. When you open IE6 it opens to C:/Searchpage.com, in the bottom right corner instead of Internet, says connected My Computer. I have run ICS wizard, also Network wiz. Help.

Have you run any programs to clean up the "viruses" - or more likely,
spyware/adware programs?

Get AdAware, install and update it, then clean up the mess.
