connect to mac through wireless lan

Hi,

I have a win2k machine that connects to a wireless router/4 port swith
(linksys) through a wireless pcmcia card.
My mac is connected through a UTP cable to the router.
Both computers use the router for high speed (cable) internet access.
Is there a way (maybe through ftp software) that I can get files from the
mac and vice - versa ??

How do I configure the ftp software ??
just entering the ip address doesn't seem to work.
