OK then let's ask them the questions about certain XP functions, namely OE slow
to load, Search for files etc is non operational in Explorer. I don't seem to
get a guaranteed fix from the Knowledge Base.

Nope. That sig is still 6 lines, and those Master Posts are too large for my
mailbox, besides which, by the time one gets thru them, a new operating system
has come out.
