I have lost the ability to print from the Icon on the toolbar. When I click
on the print Icon the image goes into %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp, but
it doesn't continue on thru to the print function. If I right click on the
file in ...\temp and ask for print on that file it doesn't print either.

I had a problem not being able to print from either I.E. or Outlook Express,
and if I tried to use Page Setup, I.E. would hang.

The version info in the Help/About was completely gone. I got paid help from
Microsoft,
and the following steps fixed the problem.

First, using Internet Options, delete all cookies, temp files and objects.
This might
fix it for some people.

In my case, I also had to use regsvr32 from the start/run command to
re-register vbscript.dll and jscript.dll.

At the Start/Run applet execute these commands
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll

Then, thank god, everything worked. A frustrated I.E. 6 users.

Is this a sudden, new problem or an ongoing one?

Windows version?

Try:

1. (Re-)Installing 5.6 Scripting Engine

2a. Start>Run>Regsvr32 vbscript.dll

2b. Start>Run>Regsvr32 jscript.dll
