confused

Suddenly a blue screen appears and any work I am doing is
stopped. The screen says it shut down windows because of
a problem. It says refer to the section where "stop"
will identify the reason and then says to contact the
system administrator to remedy the problem. Below is
what is listed by the Stop message.

MpFirewall.sys- Address F797327A base at F79710000,
Datestamp 3d40500@

what is this. I never had this problem before?
