Windows Vista Installation Error

I get A Blue screen right near the completion of the installation that says
STOP : 0x0000007E (0xc0000005,0x88A20A2c,0x82c6F6D0,0x82c6f3cc)
MpFirewall.sys-Address 88A20A2c base at 88A1E000,Datestamp 440de37c

i need help any info would be great
