Somehow when my Outlook Express is running with ZA and NAV 2006; I
cannot get my email but the browsers work fine. When I turn off ZA I
then CAN get my email.
Fooled around with the configurations of both ZA and NAV to no avail.
Anybody??
Thanks in advance

I assume you are saying its only incoming email you can't get to work
because you use the word "Get" and that you have no problem sending
mail.......

There are two things configured in ZA under Program Control/Programs
you need to look at.

Assuming you are running the latest ZA and telling NAV to check all
incoming mail........

For NAV 2004 and later:
Under Program Control/Programs
You need to check (allow) "Email" for "Outlook Express" and "Symantec
User Session".

For NAV 2003 or earlier:
Under Program Control/Programs
You need to check (allow) "Email" forr "Outlook Express" and "Common
Client CC App".

Hope this helped.....

If NAV is acting as proxy by filtering your email, you have to enable ZA to
allow that internet access.
