Conflicting Appointments

I am a teacher trying to set up Outlook so that my PDA has all my
arrangements available. I have entered all my classes throughout the week and
created these as recurring until the end of the academic year. I then went in
and created All Day Events such as holidays and INSET days. The problem is
that Outlook 2003 states I have conflicting appointments (clearly I am not
teaching when I am holiday) but it will not let me list all the conflicts or
resolve them. Do I really have to find the conflicts myself and delete each
conflict or is there a better way?

Can you see them if you switch to a table view? They may be marked with the
conflict icon (crossed swords or small yellow icon, depending on your
version.)

Click View>Arrange By>Current View>By Category or simply select "By
Category" in the View drop-down on the Advanced toolbar.
