I received a recurring appointment with the following attached

Some instanes of this recurring appointment conflict with other appointments on the calendar

how do I view the conflicts?

have you looked at the calendar? I would imagine that the notifications should be listed on the calendar. If accepted, you should see two appointments for the same time on the same day on the calendar.
