lost calendar items

I'm using Outlook 2003. When I go back at tax time to review events from the
past year, only recurring events are there. What happened to my appointments?
How can I recover my calendar. How can I make my calendar not erase all those
appointments or events? I sync this computer with my PDA phone and my laptop
computer.

Right-click the Calendar folder and choose Properties. Click the AutoArchive
tab. Is the "Archive items in this folder..." radio button selected? If so,
that's why. You told Outlook to archive the older items. Recover them from
your Archive folders.
