conflict w/Microsoft Outlook & Outlook Express

when i try and send an email i get the message "there is
no default mail client or the current mail client cannot
fulfill the messaging request". please run Microsoft
Outlook and set an the default mail client. I don't wanrt
to use Microsoft outlook, i want to use Outlook Express.
In internet options under programs outlook express is set
as mail default. PLEASE HELP ME SET THIS PROBLEM RIGHT.

Go to control panel, internet options, programs, and set OE as your default
mail client.
