No defaul mail client

Hi all

Ever since I installed Norton Internet Security, I am getting the following
windows message:



"Either there is no default mail client or the current client cannot fulfill
the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as default
mail client."



I use Outlook Express as my mail client. Can some one help me please to
correct this problem?
