Confirmation Page Fields not Working

Hi..
I still can’t get my fields to populate from my reservation page,
https://secure.cnchost.com/tourportland.com/reservations_3.htm
to my confirmation page,
https://secure.cnchost.com/tourportland.com/confirmation_page.htm
I was wondering if anyone could look at the code to help me. The only thing
I can think of now is that my unix server is not allowing it to work. ??

It appears you have your pages set up blocking the ability to view
source...until, of course, you save the page to the hard drive...then it's
okay.

1. The permissions are not set correctly on your account.

2. The extensions must be apply to the SSL Port 443 for the domain you are publishing to

3. The form and confirmation page must be published to the required location on the server via http.

4. The default for FP forms write data to a file, is the _private folder.

And the confirmation page needs to be a relative URL (not absolute URL)
