frontpage confirmation form fields

I have a few questions:

The data result fields on my confirmation page do not show. Only the field
names (web components).

I get a default confirmation page instead of my page. You have to click
back to form to see the confirmation page.

Can I format the htm results file that is emailed to not just list data
spanning across page?

Is there a way for me to do calculations in form fields?

I need results sent via email and would like the file to be an Access file
so that they can just update their database-is this possible. What are your
suggestions of getting them the results since they won’t have access to the
database saved on the server.

From your post, I am uncertain as to where the data from the form is
going - to email, to a database, to a file, or ... ?

As for the best email format for an Access database use a CSV (comma
separated values) text format. This can be imported directly into
Access or Excel.
