Confirmation Page

I am having trouble getting my forms to cooperate with my plans. I have
created a site with FP2003 that utilized forms to gather information. 11 of
the 12 forms are working fine, but I can't to get this final one to
cooperate. The page that contains the form and the confirmation page are in
the same folder, colorado. I tried "save as" and put both the form page and
confirmation page in the root. This still didn't work. I input all of the
information in FP using form properties. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks!
