Configuring Outlook 2003

How would I configure Microsoft Outlook (NOT Outlook Express) so I move down
ONE line when I press the Enter key.

About ½ the time I move down two lines. (I initiate the program myself -- I
am not referred by an item on a web page.)

P.S. Microsoft Word is already configured for one space between lines.

You mean when composing an email? Set it for plain text message format.
Paragraphs in HTML always have white space between them - the only way to
avoid it is by adding a line break instead of a paragraph using shift+enter.

Stop using Word as your editor and use the Outlook editor.
