Configuring Outlook 2003 to use HTML

Hi,

I have MS Office 2003 SP2 installed.
Is there a way to configure outlook to always use HTML style when sending
messages? Even though I have set the Main format parameter to HTML, whenever
I hit reply to a message sent in plain text, it's in plain text only

Any way arround?
 
You'll always reply in the format the original message came in. It is also
being considered impolite to "upgrade" the message format when replying to a
message. The sender has his/her reasons (technical or non-technical) to send
you in Plain Text in the first place.
