Configure contact to receive plain text instead of defualt HTML fo

I have a user that has outlook configured to use HTML as the default mail
format. When they send mail to a mac user some of the email shows the html
code. If he remembers to send it to that user as plain text it's fine. Is
there a way for him to configure that user when sending mail to to send it as
plain text instead of the default HTML?

Thanks in advance,
John

Tell him to open that user's contact item and double-click the e-mail
address. That's where he'll find the option to always send to that contact
in plain text.
