configuring error

I installed outlook 2003 and when i open it to configure it, it wants to go to an outlook exchange server to miagrate settings. When i click connect it can not find the exchange server and closes. I do not want it to go to an exchange server, i just want to configure it myself to my pop3 and web email.

Go to Control Panel | Mail and remove the Exchange Server mail account. Add
your POP and web accounts and a Personal Folders file to store your data.
