Configuring accounts in Outlook 2003

Hi All,
I am wondering if anyone may have some suggestions of how
i can troubleshoot something...
I am running xp pro and outlook 2003 on my new notebook
and am having trouble configuring our multiple pop3
accounts. I have a cable acct. and have one primary
email/acct name and 3 subsidiary email addresses. After
configuring all 4 emails and testing the acct settings
they test fine, but. The secondary email addresses are
never downloaded into Outlook at all and outlook is
receiving two of all emails to the primary email
address. Has anyone run accross any trouble configuring
outlook in this manner? The cable co. (Cox) said they
can only trouble shoot outlook express but that all
sounds like it should work and when I check the mail
through the web they all accts are in working order.
Tried the mftr. of the notebook (HP) since the Micsoft
said to try them, they said it was not a HP problem to
contact MS. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried checking each of the accounts individually to see if that
works, just as a test?
