Configuring a 3rd Party App to Open an Appointment

I use a help desk management application that I would like to configure to
open Outlook to a new appointment screen so that my techs can schedule an
appointment with an end user.

I have configured this app to open an email using the "/c ipm.note"
argument. What is the arguments for an appointment?
