configure two e-mail accounts

would appreciate your help
Have two e-mail accounts X AND Y. WERE WORKING FINE TILL I OBVIOUSLY DID
SOMETHING WRONG. HAVE TRIED TO RE-CONFIGURE AGAIN WITH OBJECTIVE TO HAVE AN
OUTSIDE EMAIL SHOW UP ON BOTH ACCOUNTS (AS IT WAS BEFORE). ONE OF THESE
ACCOUNTS IS GMAIL, AND THE OTHER WITH A LOCAL PROVIDER IN THE CITY WHO I WAS
USING EARLIER TOO
NOW WHAT IS HAPPENEING IS AN EXTERNAL EMAIL SHOWS UP TWICE ON THE GMAIL
ACCOUNT AND NOTHING COMES ON THE SECOND ACCOUNT. HAVE TRIED TO DO DO THIS
USING HELP FROM MSN AND GOOGLE

Your post is a little confusing, but it sounds like you might be collecting
your local ISP mail in Google's Gmail. If that is the case, it is quite
possible that Google clears your Local ISP mailbox leaving nothing for
Outlook to collect when it polls your ISP account.

You would have to review your gmail mailbox settings. (e.g. Using your
favorite web browser, logon to gmail account. Settings link in the upper
right. Then it most likely is Accounts and Import > Edit next to POP3
account that it checks)
