Configure all USB Root Hub's Power Manangement via WMI/API/Reg

Hi All,

We are trying to build an automation utility to configure OS. May I ask for
anyone who could help me find a way to automate in C# the processes below via
WMI/API/Registry?

Control Panel -> System Properties -> Hardware Tab ->Device Manager
a. Click Universal Serial Bus Controllers
b. Right Click USB Root HUB -> properties -> Power Management Tab
c. Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
d. Repeat for all listed USB Root Hubs.
