Configuration runs every time I open Office 2007

Hello,

I am using the Access 2007 trial on XP Home SP2 with all updates. I also have Access 2000 on this machine. Both are as part of the full Office system.

I find that if I use Access 2000, then the next time I open Access 2007 the Office 2007 configuration is initiated. Is there anyway to prevent this short of not using Access 2000?

We are all waiting for a "good" answer to that question. So far the answer is
"No".
 
Not sure about A2007, but the same happens with A2003 and earlier versions
and no, there is no way to prevent it.
