Configuration of fax service for windows XP Pro

When I try to launch the fax service included in Windows XP Pro, from the
configuration panel add/suppress windows element section, the program
indicates that it cannot load files such as:
fxscomx.dll
fxscover.exe
fxsevent.dll
....
how do I overcome the problem?
