Computer won't restart

My computer won't restart. I have to shut it off and restart myself. How do
I fix this problem?
 
Open the Help and Support Center and search for the Shutdown Troubleshooter.
Follow the steps for 'My computer stops responding when I try to shutdown
Windows'.
